Return Policy
Written cancellations made more than four weeks before the event date will be subject to a full refund (excluding non-refundable Eventbrite fees). Written cancellations made more than two weeks before the event date will be subject to a 50% refund per ticket (excluding non-refundable Eventbrite fees). Cancellations made less than two weeks before the event date cannot be refunded. All cancellations must be made in writing (via email or post). Ricoma International Corporation reserves the right to alter the program, without notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
You are liable to pay for your ticket/pass regardless of actual attendance at the show, as we will have made provisions for your attendance, incurring costs to Ricoma International Corporation. The only exceptions to this rule are the written cancellation policies in these terms and conditions.
We also reserve the right in our absolute discretion and without further liability to cancel the program, in which all monies will be refunded. If a refund is requested, the Eventbrite fees will still be retained when an order is refunded, unless the event is cancelled. If you cancel a purchased ticket and you still plan on attending the event, applicable fees will still apply. DecoSummit reverses the right to not honor price adjustments and partial refunds.
